Safety & emergencies
If a person is in danger or it is an emergency, call 911. For a vehicle-access problem during an active booking, email support@getyenev.com with your booking details and we will help disable or restore access. Vehicle access is controlled by our server-side safety gates — owners and support can disable it at any time.
