Terms of Service

YenEV is a beta marketplace connecting NYC TLC-licensed drivers with owners of TLC-compliant Tesla vehicles. By using the app you agree to these terms. Some features (such as booking and payments) may be disabled during the beta.

Owner responsibilities

• You confirm you own, or are authorized to list, each vehicle you add.
• You keep the vehicle legal, insured, inspected, clean, and roadworthy, with current registration and TLC documents.
• You provide accurate information and documents, and keep them up to date.
• You will not include private access codes or sensitive information in pickup instructions.
• You understand YenEV reviews listings before drivers can book, and may pause or remove a listing.

Driver responsibilities

• You hold a valid TLC license and any documents required to drive for hire in NYC.
• You receive vehicle access only during an approved active booking, and you operate the vehicle safely and lawfully.
• You return the vehicle in the agreed condition and report issues promptly.

Vehicle access & safety

Digital-key access is granted only during an approved active booking through our server-side gates. YenEV and owners may disable access for safety. You agree not to attempt to bypass these controls.

Beta service

The service is provided on a beta basis and may change or be interrupted. We are not responsible for third-party services (including Tesla and your insurer). These terms do not waive any rights you cannot waive by law, and they will be updated with full legal copy before public launch.
