Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your YenEV account and the data associated with it at any time.

How to request deletion
  1. Email support@getyenev.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my YenEV account.”
  2. We confirm it's really you.
  3. We delete your account and personal data, and remove uploaded documents and photos.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile and sign-in.
  • Uploaded documents (registration, insurance, TLC paperwork) and listing photos.
  • Vehicle listings you created and your support messages.

What we may keep

We may retain limited records required by law, insurance, or to resolve disputes (for example, records of a completed booking), for as long as legally required. Connected Tesla credentials are revoked from our server-side store as part of deletion.

During the beta, deletion is handled by email request. A self-serve in-app option will be added before public launch.
